Regarding the Front & Back Door key, Laundry room key, Smart City Smart Cards:

The Tenant will assume full responsibility for lost or stolen front and back door Medico keys, Laundry Room Medico key and Smart City Laundry Cards.

Astroid Management will provide 1 time only, one (1) Front and Back Medico Key and Laundry Card to each Tenant.

A deposit of $50.00 is required and will be refunded 14 days after moving out, if all items are returned upon move out.

Any extra or replacement keys or card will have a fee of $25.00 per item.
