It takes approximately three business days for funds to be transferred to Astroid's bank account.
Deposit funds that are returned to you for any reason will take approximately 3 to 5 business days to enter your bank account.

Tenants can use the Pet Damage Deposit/Fee ONLY once they have been approved to rent the apartment.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, Astroid Management has implemented a contingency plan. We are still renting suites, but without face to face contact between you and our staff. The onsite staff will schedule a time for you to view the apartment, buzz you in and ensure that the suite door is unlocked. You can submit an online application and send an electronic security deposit online as well.
