Located in the St. James neighbouhood across from Polo Park shopping centre. This building has been completely renovated in 2018 including new hallway flooring  and paint.  In the suites each kitchen and bathroom has been upgraded with updated cabinetry, sinks taps and ceramics.  One bedrooms have double sinks in the kitchens.  All flooring has been replaced and restored.
